Digital transformation in education. Social isolation lessons learned
Social isolation presents an unexpected positive impact on the EdTech industry around the world. Gig Economy - how to win the battle for IT- talents?
Deep human or deep learning? Today the paradigm of accelerated socio-economic growth is actively shifting towards technology. Therefore, we need to look to the future in the light of new digital challenges. The course on digitalisation is a chance to seek highly qualified IT talents. In the competitive race for innovations, the main focus has shifted to the area where the most highly qualified specialists are present. We are observing how tech giants are changing their policies. Facebook for example has announced the introduction of remote centers for software development, equalising opportunities for programmers around the world. How these scenarios will unfold in the struggle for IT talents will be discussed in this session.

Education Technologies: global issues and local solutions
The impact of global trends will certainly affect our country. The low base effect may pull back Kazakhstan's EdTech segment but forced social distancing can also spur the market for the development due to the high demand for real EdTech solutions.
The liquidity and survivability of EdTech projects, sales growth in a falling market, search and struggle for their clients, and staff shortages in the professional field are likely to become the main tasks of the local market in the medium term.
The question of how to ensure high quality market growth amid global trends will be discussed by experts during this session.
